Exchange Policy

Please note that sizes recommended are only for references and customers are responsible for the final purchase decision. All return and exchange postage will be borne by the customer. Corré Story reserves all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange did not meet the conditions below.

 

Conditions required for Exchanges

  1. All product(s) purchased are non-refundable.

  2. All product(s) purchased can only be exchanged once.

  3. The product(s) must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original condition & packaging.

  4. Footwear should have no scuff marks on their outsoles.

  5. All exchanges have to be raised within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

 

How do I exchange an item ?

  1. Ensure that your item(s) meets our Exchanges Policy conditions. 

  2. Contact us via Instagram (@correstory.co) or email correstory.co@gmail.com with the subject title: Exchange Request – Your Order Number. 

  3. Include in your email, the item, colour and size that you would like to exchange to.

*For exchanges, you will bear the return shipping cost of the original purchased item, AND the newly exchanged item's shipping cost.
